PRODUCT RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Our company has established a returns and order cancellation policy, always aiming to provide the best possible customer service.

Return Terms

Product returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Without limiting the provisions regarding the Right of Withdrawal under Consumer Protection Law, order cancellations may be made in the following cases:

  • Before completing your order: During the online ordering process, you may go back and remove products from your cart by clicking the “remove” button.
  • After the order has been completed but before shipment: You may contact us at +30 2310-241066, and one of our representatives will assist you with cancelling your order.
  • After receiving the product: Please contact us at +30 23921-11338 or via the contact form on our website, explaining the reason for the cancellation request. A member of our team will assist you promptly and inform you of all available options.
  • If your order has already been invoiced: Please contact our Customer Service Department at +30 2310-241066 and provide your order details.

Returned products must meet the following requirements:

  • Must not have been used.
  • Must be in excellent condition, exactly as sold (as new), with all aluminum or paper security seals intact.
  • Must include the complete original packaging (jar/bottle, box, etc.) without damage or alterations.
  • Must include any additional contents originally provided (instruction manuals, inserts, etc.).
  • Must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, the company/website reserves the right not to accept the return or replacement. In this case, the product will be returned to the customer as received, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If the product is damaged during its return shipment to the company, the resulting cost of damage will also be charged to the customer.

Products purchased on sale or promotional offer are not eligible for return.

To process a return, the product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (retail receipt or invoice). If the purchase was made by credit card, the original transaction slip issued by the payment terminal must also be provided.

Once the return conditions are met and approved:

  • The customer may exchange the item for another product(s) of equal value, or
  • Receive a refund if the original purchase was made in cash.
  • For purchases made by credit card, the transaction will be cancelled and the respective amount credited back to the customer’s card.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please notify us as soon as possible regarding the issue and the defect presented.

If the product is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty (both in terms of coverage and time period), we will arrange collection and replacement at no additional cost to you.

RETURNS PROCESS

1. Product Shipment

You may return your product by following these steps:

  • Carefully package the product in a larger box to ensure protection during shipping, or reuse the original shipping box in which your order arrived.
  • Include a document inside the package indicating how you would like us to resolve any financial adjustment (if the product qualifies for return), or specify the replacement product you would like to receive in the case of an exchange.
  • Send the parcel via the courier company through which you originally received your order, addressed to the Returns Department.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • In cases where the return is due to our company’s responsibility, we will refund the amount corresponding to the order value, excluding banking and shipping expenses.

Our company reserves the right to amend or discontinue the returns and cancellations policy by publishing updated terms and conditions on its website.

In cases of repeated returns, or if our company determines, at its sole discretion, that a customer is abusing the return policy or acting in bad faith, we reserve the right to refuse a return request, even if the above conditions are met.

If a returned product does not comply with the stated return conditions and is deemed unsuitable for return, it will be sent back to the customer, with shipping costs borne by the customer.
